The evaluation appointment usually involves information gathered by way of an oral exam, which may include digital photographs and/or a digital panograph x-ray, which will be discussed with you at the appointment.

To facilitate the appointment time in the office, make pertinent health information available for Dr. Browne prior to your appointment, which will make your visit as thorough and efficient as possible (we know your time is valuable), we have enclosed a Patient Information Form.
