Financial Info

In an effort to make  orthodontic treatment affordable and control orthodontic fees while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:

• A bookkeeping courtesy is offered for payment in full at the beginning of treatment.
• As a convenience to our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months at no interest, following an appropriate down payment.
• For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Insurance

If you have insurance we will be happy to assist you in determining your benefits (EOB- eligibility of benefits) available for orthodontics. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed in the preceding paragraph.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient and not to an insurance company. Therefore, the patient is responsible to the orthodontist and the insurance company is responsible to the patient. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. Please do not hesitate to call our office with any questions and concerns.
