We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough complimentary examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 30 minute - 1 hour visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs.
To facilitate the appointment time in the office and make your visit as thorough and efficient as possible (we know your time is valuable), a Patient Information Form may be downloaded, filled out and brought with you to the appointment or faxed to us at 205-978-8855. Also, if you have any insurance questions concerning your benefits, and you have not provided the basic insurance information to our office, it would be helpful for you to phone 205-978-1500 or fax 205-978-8855 that information to us before your appointment so we can hopefully answer any questions when you arrive.
